Stella
Stella has been in retail for 27 years and loves to fulfill client needs. She won an award for best customer service from a secret shopper when she worked at Washington Square Mall. In 2008 she started at rumi simone spa as a Concierge and moved her way up to managing the spa and then became manager of the boutique, she was there until January of 2023. Stella has left impressions on a lot of people with her professionalism, kindness, and personality. She has a smile that will light up the room. Stella enjoys spending time with her sister, niece, nephews and in- laws. Most of all she loves her two cats who she refers to as her sons.
Morgan Walsh
Morgan has been doing hair and styling for 20 years. She graduated from Cosmetology Careers Unlimited and apprenticeship in 2004 at Rumi Simone Salon and Spa. She's teamed up with L’Oreal and became a color educator. She was a Balayage educator and artist and started her own Balayage course!
Honing her craft more at Studio Milano she became a RAW Artist and stepped intorunway hair with the Trio Club. Not only did her work make its runway debut representing herself, Morgan worked backstage with Omsi Fashion Meets Film!
Morgan found a home working in fashion when she met Designer Nelson and got to participate in her first Vancouver, Washington fashion show, Couve Couture. With Desi Designs, Morgan worked for Portland Fashion Week, was lead hair director for three years of Paint the Runway Purple. In 2018, Morgan took California by showcasing in RAW Orange County in the Desi Design Denim Collecting.
Morgan continues to find passion in all the outlets which she gets to explore her career! She will continue to offer education as well as high end in salon and bridal services. You can also keep an eye out for more of Morgan’s work on the runways!
Shira Allen
Shira Allen graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2009 and has 14 years of experience in Eyelash extensions, Lash lifts and tints, Full body waxing, Eyebrow tinting and Eyebrow lamination. Shira enjoys using her knowledge to create exactly what her clients are envisioning. Shira continues to do training and stay educated on the newest lash and brow trends. In her spare time she loves to travel, paint, and spend time with her dog and cat.
Erin Wesolowski
Erin Wesolowski is a detail oriented and perfection minded master stylist of over 18 years. She grew up and began her career in Southern California where she simultaneously graduated from Biola University with a BA in Business Management. Erin has a passion working in dimensional color and vast color experience training with L’Oreal, Redken, Aveda, Enjoy, Goldwell and others. Her hair cutting training has come from training through Toni & Guy, Aveda, and Vidal Sassoon which has her reputation for impressing in both precision and textured hair cutting. She is proud to have her work featured in VHI, Good Morning Oregon, and various fashion and hair shows. Most of all though, she is incredibly grateful for her renowned, intimate work with over 100 weddings and countless special events.
Outside of the salon Erin loves spending time with her husband and young daughters going anywhere outdoors, teaching young women empowerment, and baking; all with the same precision she applies to her hair artistry.
Dani Hart
Dani’s passion for hair has continued on for over 20 years. She first began her career in California when she apprenticed for Atelier Aveda Salon. From precision cutting to custom colors, Dani loves working with all hair types, customized to each individual that sits in her chair.
Dani earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from The San Jose State University and has been building her career and family in Oregon for ten years now. In her free time she loves spending time outside with her family and pup, Kona. From camping, fishing, hiking and every adventure in between.
Beth Conlin
Beth Conlin is a master of all things balayage, blonding, and extensions. Beth began her career as a stylist her junior year of high school in Northern Utah and has never looked back. She's extremely passionate about her craft and is always on the lookout for the newest trends to bring to her clients. She's detail oriented and strives to bring everyone who sits on her chair a customized, luxury experience so they leave feeling more confident than when they walked in. When Beth isn't working, she is most likely traveling to her bucket list locations, spending time with her cute little dog, Poppy, and spending time with friends and family.
Brianna
Brianna’s passion for the beauty industry has been with her for as long as she can remember. She loves creating looks that truly help her guests radiant confidence from the inside out.
Brianna specializes in all things hair color from blonding, dimensional color, color corrections, and color maintenance. She is multi certified in a variety of extension methods (including hidden bead method and toppers) which gives her the ability to safely customize each guest's needs and give them the hair they have always dreamed of.
She values education and is always on the hunt for more classes to improve her craft and stay inspired.
When Brianna is not in the salon you can find her enjoying a concert, outdoors exploring, and spending time with her family.
Kylee
Kylee is a talented hair stylist based in Lake Oswego, Oregon, with two years of experience in the industry. She has a passion for all things hair but specializes in blondes, balayage, and lived-in looks. Kylee strives to create a relaxed and welcoming environment where clients can enjoy the process and leave feeling their best. Her attention to detail and commitment to personalized service ensure that each client’s hair goals come to life.
When she’s not behind the chair, Kylee loves spending time with her boyfriend, Riley, and their two fur babies, Oakley and Mango. She enjoys playing games, hanging out with friends, and occasionally going out for a fun night.
Alex
With nearly two years of experience behind the chair, Alex is committed to helping clients look and feel their best. A graduate of the Bella Institute, Alex holds licenses in nail technology, esthetics, and hair design—skills that laid the foundation for a career dedicated to all things beauty.
Alex is certified in Brazilian Blowouts and has pursued extensive advanced education, including training at the prestigious L’Oréal Pro Lab. Known for a meticulous approach and a passion for hair health, she believes that every client deserves personalized care and attention.
Beyond creating stunning styles, Alex values educating clients about their hair, empowering them to maintain their look long after they leave the salon. Building strong relationships with clients is at the heart of her approach, making each visit a personalized and enriching experience.
Paige
Paige Farmer, a proud Lake Oswego native and former Laker, is a passionate hair stylist with a deep love for the beauty industry. After graduating from the Aveda Institute Portland in 2012, Paige has honed her craft with top industry products like L’Oréal Professional, Redken, Framesi, and Goldwell. Specializing in blonding and brunette color, she’s particularly skilled at creating dimension in every shade, whether it’s sun-kissed highlights or rich, multi-tonal depth. Paige also has a flair for long haircuts and a strong passion for perfecting men's cuts.
In addition to her expertise behind the chair, Paige holds a degree in Marketing and Advertising from Portland State University, which allows her to blend her business wisdom with her artistry. Her love for interior design also influences her creative approach to the salon environment, making it a place of both beauty and comfort. Paige is dedicated to continuous learning, attending advanced education, hair shows on the West Coast, and consulting for other salons on customer service. She believes in constantly evolving to bring fresh techniques and ideas to her clients, ensuring each experience is personalized and exceptional.
When Paige isn’t perfecting the latest color or cut, you’ll find her enjoying time with her husband, Chris, and their two kids, Claire and Hudson. Whether it's diving into a gripping thriller or romance novel, cheering on Rickie Fowler (she’s a big fan of golf), or hitting the softball field, Paige knows how to keep things lively. Family, fun, and a little friendly competition keep her grounded and energized. She brings that same enthusiasm and positive vibe into every client appointment, making sure you leave feeling not just styled, but truly rejuvenated.
